The Bahamas

Don’t go home
in need of another vacation

The Bahamas are known for their crystal clear water, abundant wildlife, and natural beauty. Reefs are found throughout the entire archipelago, making for excellent snorkelling. Low-lying islands, scattered sandbars, and tranquillity make the Bahamas a fantastic destination for a getaway from reality.

Wild pigs inhabit many of the islands. Placed there by locals, they hang by the beaches, waiting to be fed by passing tourists. On occasion, they will swim out to your boat for food. Large iguanas inhabit many of the islands and will sunbathe on the rocks and beach in wait of feeding time.

The Thunderball Groto, made famous in the 1965 James Bond movie, Thunderball, is a naturally formed underwater cave swarming with fish and bathed in natural light.

The Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island is a stone’s throw away from the marina in Nassau and is certainly a place worth spending a night, whether on the boat or at a hotel.
